摘要
将四苯乙烯甲醛和邻苯二胺缩合制得四苯乙烯-苯并咪唑衍生物TPE-BZ,考察了TPE-BZ的聚集诱导发光(AIE)性质及其对离子的选择性,进行了探针抗干扰实验,并研究了Fe^(3+)对探针TPE-BZ荧光滴定的影响。实验结果表明,TPE-BZ在固态时具有较强的蓝色荧光发射,在含水量为80%(φ)的溶液中发射蓝绿色荧光,具有明显的AIE特性;TPE-BZ溶液可与多种金属离子作用产生荧光光谱变化,可设计成荧光淬灭型探针用于选择性地检测水体中的Fe^(3+),在474 nm处的荧光强度与Fe^(3+)的加入量呈现较好的线性关系,相关系数达0.985,可定量检测试样中Fe^(3+)的含量。
The tetraphenylethene-benzimidazole derivative TPE-BZ was synthesized by the condensation of tetraphenylethene aldehyde and o-phenylenediamine. The aggregation-induced emission(A/E) properties of TPE-BZ and its selectivity to various ions were investigated. The anti-interference and fluorescence titration experiment of Fe3+ to TPE-BZ were also discussed. The results showed that TPE-BZ has a strong blue fluorescence emission in solid state and a blue-green fluorescence in aqueous media with the water content of 80%(φ), which indicates that it has a significant AIE effect. It displayed different fluorescence changes upon reaction with these metal ions, which can be designed as a fluorescence quenching probe for the selective detection of Fe3+ in water. The fluorescence intensity at 474 nm of TPE-BZ has a good linear relationship with the addition of Fe3+, in which the correlation coefficient can be 0.985. This demonstrates its potential applications for quantitative analysis of Fe3+ in real samples.
