摘要
目的评价循证医学结合四部教学法在本科中医急症教学中的应用效果。方法选取黑龙江中医药大学2012级中西医临床医学专业本科生骨伤方向、妇科方向班作为研究对象,骨伤方向为试验组,应用循证医学结合四部教学法;妇科方向设为对照组,应用传统的教学方式。教学结束,采用理论与实践技能方式考察两组学生的学习效果,并通过收集学生调查问卷评估学生的学习效果及满意度。结果试验组学生理论与实践技能的掌握情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组。结论综合循证证据支持,中医急症本科教学采用四部教学方法,有助于建立学生急症临床思维,巩固基本理论知识,增强临床实践技能。
Objective： to evaluate the effect of evidenee-based medicine combined with four parts teaching methods in the teaching of acute diseases in Chinese medicine. Methods： to select the subject of bone injury and gynecological orientation in the department of clinical medicine of western medicine of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine in 2012,the bone wound was in the experimental group,to apply of evidence-based medicine combined with four parts teaching methods;the gynecological direction was set as the control group, and the traditional teaching method was applied. When the teaching is finished, the learning effect of two groups of students is studied by theory and practice skill, and the students＇ learning effect and satisfaction are assessed by collecting students＇ questionnaire. Results： the control group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion： Comprehensive evidence-based evidence to support, emergency four teaching methods of teaching of undergraduate course of traditional Chinese medicine, can help students establish emergency clinical thinking, consolidate the basic theoretical knowledge, strengthen clinical practice skills.
