摘要
目的探讨手术室感染控制策略对术后感染及手术室空气洁净度的影响,为术后感染的预防提供参考。方法选取2016年6月-12月期间医院2间面积、层流分级等条件相同的层流手术室,其中1间手术室内所行手术的330例患者设定为干预组,共行手术330台,另外1间手术室所行手术的341例患者设定为对照组,共行手术341台,对照组采取传统的手术室质量及术后感染防控管理,干预组采取感染控制策略对手术室质量及术后感染进行防控,观察患者术后感染发生情况、感染部位,在每一台手术开始前5 min、手术结束后5 min对手术室内菌落采样进行细菌培养。结果干预组术后感染率为2.12%,低于对照组术后感染率的5.57%(P<0.05);干预组术后切口感染感染率为0.91%,低于对照组术后切口感染感染率的3.52%(P<0.05);术后5min,两组术后手术室含菌量均高于术前,术后干预组手术室空气含菌量为(10.94±3.10)CFU/cm3,低于对照组的(15.37±3.51)CFU/cm3(P<0.05)。结论手术室感染控制策略有助于提高手术室空气洁净度,有效预防及降低术后感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of operation room infection control strategy on postoperative infections and operation room clean degree,so as to provide references for the prevention of postoperative infections.METHODS Totally 2 laminar flow operating rooms with the same area and grade of laminar flow conditions form Jun.2016 to Dec.2016 were selected.The 330 surgical patients in one operating room were set as intervention group（330 operations）,and another 341 surgery patients in the other operating room were set as control group（341 operations）.Patients in control group were received traditional operating room quality and postoperative infection prevention and control management,and in intervention group were treated with infection control strategy for postoperative infection prevention and control quality of the operating room.The postoperative infections and infection sites were observed,and bacterial culture was performed on colony sampling in the operating room at 5 min before the operation and 5 min after the operation.RESULTS The postoperative infection rate of intervention group was 2.12%,which was signifiacetly lower than 5.57% of control group（P〈0.05）.The infection rate of incisional wound of intervention group was 0.91%,which was significantly lower than 3.52% of control group（P〈0.05）.At 5 min after operation,the bacteria number in the operation room of the two groups were higher than those before operation.The bacteria number in air of intervention group was（10.94±3.10）CFU/cm3,which was significantly lower than（15.37±3.51）in control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Operation room infection control strategy is helpful to improve the air clean degree in operation room,and effectively prevent and reduce postoperative infections.
