摘要 我国家校合作的实效性不容乐观,主要表现为家校双方的职责不明与权责不分、家校共育意识薄弱、家校合作流于形式、行动者逃避责任,这些都可以看作教育责任的分散。引入责任分散理论,探讨家校合作过程中行动者责任分散的原因,可以从缺乏完善系统的政策法规保障、社会变迁中教育行动者责任意识缺失与功利主义教育诉求等方面分析。规避责任分散效应,可以通过制度赋予行动者自主的权利,构建行动者网络培养教育行动者的责任分担意识,在尽责与问责中加强传统伦理文化的实体意识的培养。 The effectiveness of homeschool cooperation is not optimistic mainly for the homeschool on both sides of theduties and responsibilities is not divided the homeschooling consciousness is weak homeschool cooperation become a mere formality the actors evade responsibility these can be dispersed as diffusion of responsibility.The paper introduced the diffusion ofresponsibility to the study of homeschool cooperation in decentralized responsibility actors from the lack of a complete systemof policies and regulations to protect analysis of social changes in education actors lack of sense of responsibility and utilitarianism demands of education etc.Evading diffusion of responsibility effect we can give actors autonomy through the system construction of training education consciousness sharing actors′network responsibility conscientious and ask in strengthening the cultivation of traditional ethical culture in the sense of responsibility entity.
