全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的作用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2015年4月20日—2017年4月11日徐州市第六人民医院就诊的糖尿病患者82例作为研究对象。采用随机颜色球抽取的方法,将其分为两组。两组患者分别给予基础性管理、全程健康教育管理,对比两组血糖情况、生活质量评分、健康知识知晓评分、治疗依从性评分。结果观察组空腹血糖数值为(5.11±0.54)mmol/L,生活质量评分为(91.25±3.64)分,健康知识知晓评分为(25.65±2.54)分,治疗依从性评分为(46.98±2.22)分,均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中效果显著。 Objective To analyze the application value of health education model in diabetes nursing management. Methods 82 patients with diabetes from April 20, 2015 to April 11, 2017 in the Sixth People's Hospital of Xuzhou City were selected as the research objects. Using random color ball extraction method, they were divided into two groups. Two groups of patients were given basic management, whole-course health education management respectively. The blood glucose, quality of life score, health knowledge score and treatment compliance score were compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose level was (5.11±0.54) mmol/L, the quality of life score was (91.25±3.64) points, the health knowledge was (25.65±2.54) points, the treatment compliance score was (46.98±2.22) points, which were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), Conclusion The effect of health education model in diabetes nursing management is remarkable and can be generalized.
