全程教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的作用评价 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨在开展糖尿病护理管理工作中应用全程教育模式的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年6月—2017年2月收治的162例糖尿病患者作为实验对象;采用数字奇偶法展开所有糖尿病患者随机分组;对照组(81例):选择常规健康教育模式完成糖尿病护理管理工作;观察组(81例):选择全程教育模式完成糖尿病护理管理工作;最终对两组糖尿病患者施以为期6个月随访,就两组糖尿病患者的血糖控制良好率以及健康功能评分等情况展开对比。结果对照组血糖控制良好率72.84%,观察组98.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同对照组糖尿病患者健康功能评分等展开对比,观察组糖尿病患者获得改善(P<0.05)。结论临床合理选择全程健康教育模式完成糖尿病护理管理工作,能够提高血糖控制良好率及改善健康功能评分,使糖尿病患者获得理想疾病恢复效果。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying whole course education mode in diabetes nursing management. Methods From June 2015 to February 2017, 162 patients with diabetes treated in our hospital were selected as experimental subjects; all patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups by digit parity method; control group(81 cases): routine health education mode was applied to complete diabetes nursing management work; observation group(81 cases): the whole education mode was applied to complete the diabetes nursing management work; finally, the two groups of diabetic patients were followed up for 6 months, and the blood glucose control rate and health function score of the two groups of patients with diabetes were compared. Results The control group had a good glycemic control rate of 72.84%, and the observation group was 98.77%, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); Compared with the control group of diabetic patients with health function score, the observation group of patients with diabetes improved(P〈0.05). Conclusion Clinical reasonable choice of the whole health education mode to complete the diabetes care management work, can improve the blood glucose control good rate and improve the health function score, make diabetes patients get ideal disease recovery effect.
