摘要
目的探讨早期接触临床在麻醉学教学中的应用效果。方法选取内蒙古民族大学临床医学专业学生68名学生作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各34例。对照组采用常规教学方式,实验组采用早期接触临床的教学方式,然后进入医院实习1个月,实习后观察并比较两组的满意度及各项技能评分。结果实验组的满意度为97.06%,高于对照组的73.53%,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的麻醉前访视、操作技能、常见问题处理等指标评分均高于对照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期接触临床在麻醉学教学中的应用效果较好,能够使学生更能适应麻醉工作。
Objective To study on the application of early contact clinical in anesthesiology teaching. Methods 68 students of clinical medicine in Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 34 cases in each group. The control group used conventional teaching methods, the experimental group used early contact with clinical teaching methods, and then entered the hospital for 1 month, after practice, the satisfaction and skills scores were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rote of the experiment group was 97.06%, which was significantly higher than 73.53% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P 〈 0.05). The scores of pre-anesthesia interview, operation skills and common problems in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The early contact with clinical practice in anesthesiology teaching is better, makes the students more adaptable to anesthesia.
