摘要 基因导向的个体化用药实践性非常强,其专业培训教育过程显得尤为重要。针对目前临床药师参与基因个体化用药指导的现状和特点,结合德国应用科学大学(FH)的实践教学模式,提出以小组的形式,通过文献阅读的形式学习,以实地考察观摩的形式,了解基因导向的个体化给药的实际工作,以实际案例,根据基因检测结果进行药物调整的带教模式,通过此模式的应用,提高临床药师的专业能力,培养出满足医生及患者需要的专业临床药师队伍,为药物的个体化安全使用保驾护航。 Since gene-oriented individualized medication is very practical, its professional training and education process is particularly important. In view of the present situation and characteristics of the clinical pharmacists participating in the individualized drug medication and combined with the practice teaching mode of the German University of Applied Sciences (FH), we brought up the teaching model that through the form of literature reading and according to the results of gene testing, teaching the students to adjust the medication. Through the application of this model, the clinical pharmacist's professional ability is improved and to culture the professional clinical pharmacists to meet the needs of doctors and patients.
