摘要
目的:探究某院个体化用药相关基因检测技术在临床应用和推广的影响因素及相应的解决方案。方法:通过对某院药物相关基因检测在临床的实际应用、检测费用和患者对该检测接受程度三方面的分析,提出切实有效的解决方案。结果:各种因素不同程度的影响着药物相关基因检测技术在临床的应用与推广。结论:医院药师需深入开展药物基因检测工作,在实践中突破限制因素,规划正确的工作方向,引领药物基因检测技术的发展,实现个体化用药。
OBJECTIVE To explore the influencing factors and corresponding solutions for clinical application and promotionpopularization of influence factors of in clinical of drug genetic tests technology related with individualized medication,and the corresponding solutions.METHODS Based on the analysis of actual application,test expenditure and acceptance in patients of the genetic test technology related with drugs,in clinical,cost and the patients＇ acceptance for drug genetic tests technology,putting forward theexact and effective solution was proposed.RESULTS TDifferent factors affected clinical application and promotion of drug related genetic test technology in clinical practice to varied degrees.he application and popularization in clinic were affected by various factors to different degrees.CONCLUSION Additional work is required for hHospital pharmacists need to further to apply drug genetic tests technology.Bbreaking through the limiting factors in practice,planning the work in r right direction for work,guide to promote the development of genetic test technology,and realizeing the individualized medication.
