摘要
在工业4.0的背景下,制造业面临转型升级,液压传动技术将发生变革。本文对比分析了液压传动技术从传统走向现代过程中各阶段的特点,指出现代液压技术无论在理论研究还是工程应用方面都应突破传统发展模式,与现代科技深度融合。从运用智能材料、创新结构设计、引入先进制造技术、拓展新应用领域等方面综述了现时期液压技术在一些典型领域的研究和应用现状。结合新型工业化的特征及现代液压技术目前存在的问题探讨了其未来发展趋势,为工业4.0时代液压技术的转型升级、创新发展提供了思路。
Industry 4. 0 will upgrade and transform the manufacturing technology of industry, hydraulics drive technigue is no exception for changing. Comparisons and analysis between the traditional and modern hydraulic drive techniques are firstly made in all stages of the course. Based on which suggestions were given that hydraulics in modem time should incorporate into the state of the art technology with respect to both theoretical research and field application to make breakthrough in the traditional developement mode. Research and applications related to hydraulics were reviewed from the aspect of applying smart materials, innovation structure design, adopting advanced manufacturing technology and expanding applications in new field. Considering the new feature of industry 4. 0 and the problem emerged through the development of hydraulics, future development prospects are discussed in order to provide guidelines for technological upgrade and innovation development for hydraulics.
