摘要
数控机床切削椭圆过程中,为避免产生过切或刀补建立失败,需选择合理的刀具及合理的进、退刀位置,其中刀具半径根据椭圆长半轴极点的曲率半径公式计算得出;在编制宏程序时,椭圆曲线参数方程中数据的代入直接影响到椭圆形状的加工,其中包括代入公式的长、短半轴的数据,是离心角或是旋转角;在编制宏程序时,确定刀具中心的路径为理想椭圆的等距偏移线,其中偏移距离最大为长半轴极点曲率半径值,这样不仅能保证机床加工过程中顺利切削并且保证椭圆尺寸要求的精度。
