摘要
通过建立数学模型,研究和计算椭圆曲面的几何参数,设置刀具在深度、径向和圆周3个方向的变量,使用宏程序指令对凸台型椭圆曲面的粗加工编制了一个"三重嵌套式"[1]数控铣削通用程序。
This paper researches and computs the geometric parameters of an oval surface through establishing mathematical models, sets variable parameters of tool in three directions of depth, radius and circle and uses, Macro-processors to program a triple built-in NC milling common procedures for a convex-plat and concave-trough form oval surface's rough milling.
