摘要
目的分析定量步态分析在帕金森病诊断与疗效评估中的应用研究。方法选取该院神经内科门诊及病房2015年6月‐2017年3月收治的30例帕金森病(PD)患者为实验组,选取同期健康老年人30例为对照组,分析两组研究对象的定量步态,了解步态障碍恢复情况。结果实验组步速为(0.77±0.15)m/s,快于对照组的(0.58±0.21)m/s(t=2.871,P<0.05);两组研究对象开始接触、姿势范围比较差异均有统计学意义(t=5.138,P<0.05;t=6.348,P<0.01)。结论通过定量步态分析法,可以发现PD患者的步态异常,定量步态分析对于早期发现运动功能障碍和监测疾病进程具有重要意义,对于建立帕金森病发病早期诊断技术和优化治疗方案具有重要学术理论和实际应用价值。
【Objective】To analyze the application of quantitative gait analysis in the diagnosis and evaluation of Parkinson＇s disease.【Methods】Thirty patients with Parkinson＇s disease admitted in the department of neurology from June 2015 to March 2017 were treated as the experimental group, and 30 healthy adults were selected as the control group. The quantitative gait of the two groups was analyzed. Recovery of gait disorder was observed. 【Results】The pace of the experimental group was（0.77 ± 0.15） ？m/s, which was significantly faster than（0.58 ± 0.21） m/s of the control group（t =2.871, P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant differences in angle of starting contact, postural range between the two groups（t =5.138, P〈0.05; t =6.348, P〈0.01）.【Conclusion】Gait abnormality of PD patients can be found by quantitative gait analysis, which is important for the early detection of motor dysfunction and the monitoring of disease progression. For the establishment of early diagnosis and optimization of Parkinson＇s disease, the treatment regimen has important academic theory and practical application value.
