摘要
目的 分析帕金森病（PD）患者运动症状进展特点。方法 采用PD统一评分量表（UPDRS）Ⅲ对912例PD患者进行评估。结果 与病程〈1年的患者比较,除病程1-2年的患者外,其他病程患者的UPDRSⅢ评分、强直分、姿势或步态异常分、轴性症状总分、言语分、步态分显著升高（均P〈0.05）,病程5-6年及〉14年患者的震颤分,病程5-6年、7-8年、9-13年、〉14年患者的运动迟缓分、姿势分显著升高（P〈0.05-0.01）。轴性症状进展速度高于UPDRSⅢ评分。结论 PD患者病程早期UPDRSⅢ评分进展快,震颤症状进展独立于其他症状,轴性症状评分较UPDRSⅢ更敏感地反映疾病加重趋势。
Objective To analyze the progression of motor smptoms of Parkinson＇s disease （PD）. Methods Unified Parkinson diease rating scale （UPDRS） m was evaluated in 912 PD patients. Results Compared with patients in the course of 〈 1 year, the UPDRS 1II score, rigidity subscores, posture and gait disability subscores, axial scores, speech subseores and gait subscores in all the other phases patients besides the patients with course of 1 - 2 years were significantly increased （ all P 〈 0.05 ）, and the tremor subseores of those in the course of 5 - 6 years and 〉 14 years, the bradykinesia subseores, rigidity subseores in the course of 5 -6 years, 7 -8 years, 9 -13 years and 〉 14 years were significantly increased （ P 〈 0. 05 - 0.01 ）. The progression of axial scores was faster than that of UPDRS DI scores. Conclusions UPDRS III scores are progress rapidly in the early course of PD. Tremor is independently of other symptoms, and axial symptom scores is more sensitive than UPDRS 11I to the aggravation of the disease.
