铝电极表面抗氧化涂层的制备研究

摘要 测试了涂层在高温下的抗氧化性能。采用料浆法,在铝基体上制备出了ZrO_2-玻璃基抗氧化涂层。通过XRD、SEM对涂层进行了物相及显微结构的观察分析,了解到氧化过程中,涂层中有ZrSi_3O_9新相的生成,使得涂层在一定时间内不易氧化,随着氧化时间的延长,涂层的氧化增重曲线较平缓,且增重逐渐减少。 The oxidation resistance of the coating at high temperature was tested. Zr02- glass-based anti-oxidation coating was prepared on aluminum substrate by slurry method. The phase and microstructure of the coating were observed and analyzed by XRD and SEM. New ZrSi309 phase in the coating was formed during oxidation process, which made coating less liable to oxidation for a certain time. With the prolongation of the oxidation time, the oxidation weight gain curve of the coating was slow and the weight gain decreased gradually.
