摘要
研究了钼粉粒度、形貌、加工方式对钼丝抗拉强度的影响。通过选用4种不同费氏粒度、不同形貌的钼粉,经过压制、烧结制成棒坯,随后用轧制、旋锻2种开坯方式加工出钼杆,最后拉成0.18 mm的钼丝。对钼丝力学性能的检测,认为钼粉的费氏粒度小、颗粒分散性好,且采用轧制开坯方式加工出的钼丝具有高的抗拉强度。
The effects of molybdenum powder granularity,morphology,processing modes on the tensile strength of molybdenum wires were studied.Four kinds of molybdenum power with different Fsss and morphology were processed to molybdenum bars by pressing and sintering.molybdenum bars were processed to molybdenum rods by two ways,i.e.,rolling,swaging,then to 0.18mm molybdenum wires.The test on the mechanics properties of molybdenum wires shows that molybdenum wire processed from molybdenum power with fine F.sss and good particle dispersion by rolling processing has higher tensile strength.
