摘要
目的探讨产科安全相关影响因素及针对性防范对策,为提高产科临床服务质量、减少医患矛盾提供参考。方法从医疗安全(不良)事件报告系统中提取2012年1月—2014年12月发生的产科医疗不良事件相关资料,分析产科安全相关影响因素,并提出防范对策。结果 3年内,医疗安全(不良)事件报告系统中产科相关医疗不良事件共发生54例,占同期医疗不良事件的36.0%(54/150)。不良事件发生原因可分为:技术性因素(55.6%),科室管理因素(29.6%),沟通因素(14.8%)。结论临床医护诊疗技术及科室管理水准与产科安全密切相关,临床应注重提高产科医护诊疗水准、切实降低术后院内感染发生率,才能最大限度减少医疗不良事件的发生。
Objective To study the related influence factors of safety in the department of obstetrics and targeted preventive strategies thus providing reference for improving the clinical service quality and reducing the medical contradiction. Meth-ods The related data of medical adverse events in the department of obstetrics from January 2012 to December 2014 in the adverse medical safety events report system were extracted and the related influence factors of safety in the department of obstetrics were analyzed, and the preventive strategies were put forwards. Results There were 54 cases in three years, ac-counting for 36.0%（54/150） in the adverse medical events at the same period, and the occurrence causes of adverse eventsincluded technical factor （55.6%）, department management factor （29.6%） and communication factor （14.8%）. ConclusionThe clinical medical diagnosis and treatment technology is closely related to the safety in the department of obstetrics, and we should pay attention to improving the medical diagnosis and treatment level, truly reduce the incidence rate of postoper-ative hospital infection, only in these ways can we reduce the occurrence of medical adverse events.
