摘要
0~3岁婴幼儿早期教育是终身教育的开端。我国0~3岁婴幼儿社区早教服务处于起步阶段,存在诸如社区各行政部门配合不紧密、民办早教机构办学不规范、依托幼儿园引领社区早教发展效果不佳、早期教育研究成果薄弱等问题,应通过科教宣传,转变社区成员早期教育观念;形成合力,构建0~3岁婴幼儿社区早教服务体系;典型引路,推进社区0~3岁婴幼儿早期教育指导工作;加强培育培训,推进早教师资队伍专业化建设等措施。
Early education for 0- 3years old infants is the beginning of lifelong education. The community early childhood education ser-vice for the 0 - 3 years old infants is in its infancy in China, so there are many problems such as the administrative departments of the communi-ty are not in close cooperation, non-governmental institutions for early childhood education are not standardized, the effect of relying on kinder- garten leading community early education development is not good, the achievements of early education research are weak. In order to solve these problems, we should change the concept of early education of community members through publicity of science and education; build a pre-school education service system for infants aged 0 to 3 years to form a synergy; promote the early education guidance for infants aged 0-3 years through typical case guidance; enhance the professional construction of teachers in early childhood education by strengthening cultivation and training.
