摘要
在国外三大卫星导航系统均已配置全球搜救载荷的时代背景下,北斗卫星导航系统作为我国第一个实现全球连续覆盖的卫星系统,其全球位置报告功能实现搜救应用是必然选择。通过综述,比较分析了北斗全球位置报告与国际第二搜救体制MEOSAR在定位精度、响应时延和服务容量等方面的性能差异,指出了北斗全球位置报告功能的优越性。同时,展望了北斗全球搜救在业务流程和服务性能方面的设计思考。
In the background that all of the three foreign global navigation satellite systems have been configured with globalsearch and rescue (SAR) payload,as China’ s first satellite system to achieve global continuous coverage,the application of Beidou’s global position report function in search and rescue field is an inevitable choice. In this paper, the performance differences between Beidou global position report system and the second generation MEOSAR are summarized,including the positioning accuracy,response delay and service capacity,and the superiority of BDS is pointed out. Then,the design thoughts of Beidou global search and rescue in terms of operation processes and service performance are introduced.
