摘要
目的探究膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生患者应用同期经尿道电切术治疗的效果与可行性。方法选择我院2015年2月至2016年3月收治的250例膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组125例。对照组应用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗,研究组在此基础上加用同期经尿道电切术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果与并发症发生率。结果研究组患者的术后导管留置时间、术后冲洗时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的术中出血量、术后血红蛋白水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时间长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者术后并发症的发生率为23.20%,高于研究组的4.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生患者采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术联合同期经尿道前列腺增生电切术治疗,可以起到较好的治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect and feasibility of simultaneous transurethral resection on bladder neoplasms complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 250 patients with bladder neoplasms complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected from February 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 125 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bladder tumor transurethral resection, and the study group was treated with simultaneous transurethral resection based on the control group. The therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative catheter retention time and postoperative flushing time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hemoglobin level in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The operation time in the study group was longer than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The postoperative complication rate of the control group was 23.20%, which was higher than 4.00% of the study group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The bladder tumor transurethral resection combined with simultaneous transurethral resection in patients with bladder neoplasms complicated with benign prostatic hyperplasia has excellent effect, it can reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
