摘要 目的分析微型钢板螺钉治疗足部跖骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年5月—2016年5月收治的足部跖骨颈骨折患者60例作为研究对象。采用不同手术方法为依据分组:治疗组(30例)采用微型钢板固定疗法,对照组(30例)采用克氏针髓内固定疗法,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果术后,治疗组患者的优良率为100%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对足部跖骨颈骨折患者施以微型钢板螺钉治疗,疗效确切,不仅能提升治疗优良率,还能降低并发症发生率。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of micro-plate screw in the treatment of foot metatarsal neck fracture. Methods 60 patients with metatarsal neck fracture treated in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to different surgical methods, the treatment group(30 cases) was treated with mini plate fixation, and the control group(30 cases) was treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 100%, higher than 76.67% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(〈 0.05); The complication rate of the treatment group was 3.33%, which was lower than that of the control group(16.67%), the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of micro-plate screw in the treatment of foot metatarsal neck fracture is effective, which can not only improve the treatment rate, but also reduce the incidence of complications.
