摘要
设计了C40机制砂混凝土,开展氯离子渗透试验,研究分析了单方机制砂和矿物掺合料用量对机制砂混凝土渗透性的交互影响。研究表明:适量增加混凝土中的机制砂或矿物掺合料用量均可提高混凝土的抗渗性,但二者之间存在一定的耦合负作用。因此,须适当同时提高机制砂和矿物掺合料的替代率,才能更好的改善和提高混凝土抗渗性。
The C40 manufactured sand concrete was designed to carry out chloride ion penetration test,and the interaction effect of manufactured sand and mineral admixture on the permeability of manufactured sand concrete was researched.The results show that appropriate increasing the amount of manufactured sand or mineral admixture can improve the permeability resistance of concrete,while there is a coupling negative effect between the two factors.Therefore,it is better to appropriately increase both of the replacement ratio of manufactured sand and mineral admixtures so as to improve the permeability resistance of concrete.
