摘要
文章结合云南富宁至广西那坡高速公路新厂特大桥主墩高性能混凝土泵送施工实例,介绍了机制砂混凝土原材料及配合比的优化方案及其泵送设备与管道布置的要求,分析了机制砂混凝土泵送过程中造成堵管的原因,提出了施工过程中可采取的预防措施。
Combined with the high performance concrete pumping construction practice of the main pier in Xinchang Bridge in Yunnan Funing-Guangxi Napo Expressway,this article introduced the optimization plan of machine-made sand concrete raw material and mix ratio as well as its pumping equipment and piping arrangement requirement,analyzed the reason of pipe blogging during the pumping of machine-made sand concrete,and proposed the preventive measures that can be taken in the construction process.
