摘要
目的对护士分层级管理应用于临床护理管理的效果进行分析,探讨基础护理质量所受到的影响,为临床护理提供依据。方法对我院的护理情况进行研究,并将2011年6月—2012年6月的护理情况作为对照阶段,采取常规护理管理,2012年7月—2013年6月作为实验阶段,采取护士分层护理管理,对两个阶段的护理质量和护士幸福感进行对比分析。结果实验阶段护士的幸福感平均为(151.25±10.04)分,护理质量平均为(98.14±0.25)分,护理满意度为98.54%。对照阶段以上指标分别是(130.21±12.51)分,(86.58±4.52)分,91.24%。实验阶段护士的幸福感、护理质量、满意度要比对照阶段高(P<0.05)。结论护士分层管理可以提升基础护理质量,是一种优秀的护理管理措施。
Objective To analyze the effect of hierarchical management of nurses applied in clinical nursing management,and to explore the influence on basic nursing quality,so as to provide evidence for clinical nursing.Methods The nursing situation in our hospital was studied,and nursing from June 2011 to June 2012 was taken as control stage which was given routine nursing management,and nursing from July 2012 to June 2013 was taken as the experimental stage which was given hierarchical nursing management,quality of nursing and nurses well-being between two stages were comparative analyzed.Results The average well-being of nurses in the experimental stage was(151.25±10.04) points,the average nursing quality was(98.14 ±0.25) points,and the nursing satisfaction was 98.54%.The above indexes were(130.21±12.51),(86.58±4.52),and 91.24%,respectively in control stage.At the experimental stage,the sense of well-being,quality of care and satisfaction of nurses were higher than those of the control stage(P〈0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical management of nurses can improve the quality of basic care,it is a good nursing management measures.
