摘要
目的研究人肠道菌群对松果菊苷代谢转化的情况。方法在体外厌氧条件下,将松果菊苷与人肠道菌群一起孵育不同时间,孵育液经固相萃取后,采用HPLC-ESI-MS法检测松果菊苷及其代谢物。结果孵育3 h后,孵育液中可检测到松果菊苷原型及毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷、chamaedroside等主要代谢产物。但随着孵育时间的延长,松果菊苷及其代谢物均逐渐减少,9 h后几乎检测不到。结论在离体条件下,松果菊苷可被人肠道菌群代谢,主要代谢产物为毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷、chamaedroside。
OBJECTIVE To study the metabolism of echinacoside by human intestinal bacteria in vitro. METHODS Echinacoside was incubated with human intestinal bacteria under anaerobic conditions in vitro. After solid - phase extraction, the samples were detected by HPLC - ESI - MS method. RESULTS After 3 h incubation with human intestinal bacteria, echinacoside and 3 main metabolites including acteoside,isoacteoside as well as chamaedroside were detected. Echinacoside and its metabolites were gradually reduced and nothing were detected after incubating 9 h. CONCLUSION Echinacoside can be metabolized in vitro by human intestinal bacteria to acteoside,isoacteoside and chamaedroside.
