摘要
分层次走班教学是指在不打乱原来班级的前提下,按照学生的知识水平和接受能力,将他们分成不同的层次,不同的层次到不同的班级上课,授课教师根据所在层次学生的个体差异,运用适合他们的教学方法和教学策略进行同一教学内容的讲授,从而使不同层次的学生在最适合自己的环境里知识和能力得到较好的提高。
In the form of multi-level and mobile-class teaching,the original classes are kept,and the students are divided into different levels in light of their aptitude,and students of a particular level go to classes together,and teachers teach the same contents in different classrooms,with the use of appropriate methods and strategies according to students' individual differences,thus enabling students of every level to enjoy better improvement in the most suitable environment.
