激光毛化表面微形貌成形工艺实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探究激光工艺参数及辅助工艺对毛化形貌种类和形貌几何参数的影响规律及其机理,本文采用光纤激光器,在Cr12mov模具钢试样上开展激光毛化工艺实验研究。实验研究结果表明:在不同的工艺参数下,能获得球冠状、凹顶球冠状和火山口状三种典型毛化形貌;毛化点的直径和高度随激光功率的增大而呈增大趋势,随脉冲宽度的增大亦呈增大趋势,且表面涂料材料也对毛化点的直径和高度有一定影响;对火山口形貌区域材料的显微硬度进行测量,与基材相比,毛化区域材料表面显微硬度增大约40%。 This experiment research about laser texture was systematically carried out in Cr12mov steel, to reveal how the laser process parameters and auxiliary craft infect texture morphology types and the geometric parameters of morphology and its forming mechanism. Experimental results show that under different process parameters, to get the ball coronary, concave ball coronary and crater shape three typical texture morphology;the diameter and height of the texture point showed a trend of increase with the increase of laser power, also showed a trend of increase with the increase of pulse width, coating material also have certain effect with the surface of the diameter and height;The microhardness of crater morphology area materials were measured and compared with the base material, roughen the regional material surface microhardness increases about 40% less.
