摘要 介绍了激光精密微加工在磁盘工业中的应用之一———激光双面毛化金属和非金属磁盘基体。并介绍了该技术与传统技术之间的差异、应用目的、基本工作原理、作用机理以及应用现状和未来发展。该技术采用Nd∶YVO4或CO2激光器输出高频率、短脉冲的激光束作用在磁盘基体靠内圆处的表面上,改变其表面的微观形貌,形成大量离散分布的微突起圆点,为磁头提供精确的停放/起动区域。该技术目前已成功地运用在硬盘制造业生产中。 Laser double texturing of metal and non-metal substrate disks is introduced. The difference between the laser and traditional technique, application, process and mechanism are also introduced. This technique employs Nd: YVO4 or CO2 laser to provide a high repetition rate short-pulsed laser acting on the inner circle substrate surface of the disk, change the surface topographical feature and create a great number of bumps with rounded protrusions. The laser texture zone provides a precision contact start/stop zone for the contacting slider.
