摘要
目的探讨工作坊模式在进修生腔镜器械培训中的应用效果。方法选取2014年5月—2017年5月36位进修生运用工作坊模式对腔镜器械进行培训。进修结束后,调查进修生对该培训模式的评价,比较工作坊培训前后进修生的理论知识、操作技能、服务态度、沟通能力等综合能力评分。结果培训结束后,对腔镜器械工作坊培训模式感到满意的进修生占91.67%,且进修生的理论知识、操作技能、服务态度、沟通能力评分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用工作坊模式对进修生进行腔镜器械培训,能提高腔镜器械处理的综合水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of workshop practice model in sterilization training of laparoscopic apparatus among postgraduate students. Methods Totally 36 postgraduate students received sterilization training of laparoscopic apparatus by using workshop practice model between May,2014 to May,2017. To investigate the postgraduate students' opinion on training mode was evaluated after the training program. The assessment on comprehensive abilities including theoretical knowledge,practical skills,service attitude and communication ability were conducted before and after training. Results Most of postgraduate( 91. 67%) students were satisfied with the workshop practice model in sterilization training of laparoscopic apparatus. Postgraduate students achieved a higher score of assessment on theoretical knowledge,practical skills,service attitude and communication ability after training compared with those before training( P <0. 05). Conclusion Application of workshop practice model in can improve the comprehensive ability of postgraduate students in sterilization of laparoscopic apparatus.
