摘要
目的:观察萆薢祛风饮治疗48例急性痛风性关节炎(AGA)患者的临床疗效。方法:将80例AGA患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组共48例患者,采用口服萆薢祛风饮的方式进行治疗,对照组32人,口服痛风定胶囊和尼美舒利进行治疗。对比患者治疗一个疗程前后的临床疗效、关节肿胀和疼痛评分、血尿酸(UA)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后治疗组有效率显著高于对照组,UA、CRP、ESR和不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:萆薢祛风饮治疗急性痛风性关节炎不良反应低。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Bixie Qufeng decoction in the treatment of 48 cases of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:80 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients,according to the patient's treatment will be divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group of 48 people,treated by Bixie Qufeng composition for the treatment of the way,the control group 32,treated by nimesulide.The clinical efficacy,joint swelling and pain scores,uric acid(UA),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactionprotein(CRP)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results:After treatment,the treatment group effective Bixie Qufeng decoction was significantly higher than that of the nimesulide group,UA,CRP,ESR and the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the nimesulide group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bixie Qufeng decoction for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with low adverse reaction,safe and effective.
