摘要
结合我国林间剩余物利用和生物质发电现状,设计了可以在林区直接将剩余物加工成生物质发电用木屑的大型设备。通过对鼓式削片机进行重新设计,能够实现液压自动强制进料,最大生产效率为45 m3/h。采用大功率柴油机进行驱动,能够实现无电控制,摆脱林区供电条件的限制。
According to the situation of the biomass power generation and the using of leftovers in forestry area, the large equipment that can process the leftovers into wood chips directly is designed. After design again of the chipper, the feeding can be realized automatically, and the production efficiency is 45 m^3/h. High power diesel engine is used to drive, and it can be controlled without electricity.
