摘要
提出一种利用ANSYS Workbench LS-DYNA对树枝粉碎机削片动刀切削树枝过程进行动力学仿真分析的新方法,解决了以往应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA切削仿真时将前处理、求解运算、后处理三步分开所导致的设计效率较低的问题。同时,研究了切削过程,为优化刀具结构参数、减小其磨损、提高其使用寿命和粉碎效率提供了理论基础。
A new method for dynamic simulation analysis of cutting branches of cuttings by cuttings of wood chips by AN- SYS Workbench LS-DYNA is presented in this paper and the problems that the low efficiency of cutting simulation such as pre-processing, solving operations, post-processing three-step separation by using ANSYS / LS-DYNA. At the same time, the cutting process is studied,which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the tool structure parameters,reducing its wear. imorovine its service life and grinding efficiency.
