一种模块化搅拌器的设计

摘要 针对目前康氏震荡器对搅拌对象不能有效分散的缺陷,设计了由若干个搅拌器模块组成、可自由拆卸以满足不同搅拌要求的模块化搅拌器。该搅拌器包含卡座、电机、搅拌头、支架和电路系统几个部分。论文讨论了本搅拌器的总体结构和部件选型,并比较了其与传统康氏震荡器的分散效果,结果表明,该搅拌器显示了明显优势,但还需进一步改进。 Because some objects were not effectively dispersed by Kahn oscillator,a modularized agitator comprised of several agitator modules was designed. It was detachable to meet the requirement for different agitating object. The modularized agitator included cassette,motor,agitating head,bracket and electric circuit. An overall structure and parts selection of the agitator were discussed. The dispersing effect of the modularized agitator was compared with that of the conventional Kahn oscillator. The result suggested that the modularized agitator showed obvious superiorities,but needed improving.
