摘要
在液体石蜡中通入氮气的气液搅拌釜中,通过光差法确定特定混合状态和达到该状态的混合时间,研究了多种因素对气液混合时间的影响。进气流量较小时,随进气流量增加,混合时间明显缩短;但当进气流量达一定值时,混合时间变化很小。比较了12个搅拌桨,转速和进气流量均相同时,6叶大圆盘涡轮桨混合时间最短;列出了4种桨型混合时间的长短顺序。转速和进气流量一定时,用4挡板替换3挡板,混合时间略有缩短。
The special mixing state of gas and liquid and the mixing time were measured through optical difference in a agitated tank, in which nitrogen was introduced into the liquid paraffine from the bottom. Various factors that influence the mixing time were investigated. The greater the gas flow into the system, the shorter the mixing time. When the gas flow reached some higher extent, the influence was slight. Under the condition of the same rotation speed and the same gas flow, the mixing time expensed to reach the special mixing state were obviously different when using different oars. The rank for mixing time of four types of oars was given. The mixing time of big round six-vane turbine was the shortest in the mixing times of twelve oars. Substituting three-baffles with four-baffles, the mixing time was getting a little shorter.
