摘要
本文根据伴热的目的和寒冷地区的气候特点并结合煤化工的工程实例,从疏水阀的选型、蒸汽分配站和冷凝液收集站的设置、伴管直径与根数的选择、伴管长度的选择、导热胶泥的运用5个方面探讨了寒冷地区伴热系统的优化措施,这些措施对寒冷地区伴热系统的设计有重要的借鉴意义。
In this paper,according to the purpose of heat tracing,the climatic characteristics of cold regions and combined with the coal chemical engineering examples,the following five aspects of selection of steam traps,the setting of steam distribution stations and condensate collection stations,the selection of the diameters,length and the number of heat tracing pipes, and the application of thermal clay, the optimization measures of heat tracing system in cold area are discussed. These measures are of important reference to the design of heat tracing system in cold area.
