摘要
依据笔者多年的设计经验,对重交沥青装置伴热设计方法进行了创新。新的统筹伴热设计方法从管道保温层厚度计算、伴热管管径和最大有效伴热长度的选择、蒸汽分配站和疏水站的统筹考虑及伴热管道的设计要点等几个方面出发,介绍装置统筹伴热设计方法。该方法设计简便、图表结合、系统考虑周全,极大的提高了设计人员工作效率。采用该种设计方法设计的图纸对于施工单位也具有施工方便、不易遗漏的特点。类似装置伴热设计可以采用此种设计方法。
Based on rich practical experience of the author,new tracing pipeline design method was introduced in Heavy-Traffic Asphalt Plant. The new method was introduced for calculation of pipe insulation layer thickness,selection of pipe diameter and the maximum effective heating,overall consideration of the steam distribution station and hydrophobic station and design factors.With the advantage of energy saving,table and chart combined,the new method greatly improves the design efficiency. By adopting the convenient method by,the plant tracing pipeline is not easy omission. Similar plant can be designed using this kind of design method.
