摘要
本课题通过利用SWOT分析法,基于先进制造理论作为遵循的主要理论来分析扬中机械制造业的主要内部优势因素、劣势因素、外部环境的机会因素和威胁因素,通过调查罗列出来,并依照一定的次序按矩阵形式排列起来,建立分析的框架,然后采取从理论到实践,以必要数据提供的事实为依据,根据CIMS系统特点,建立CIMS引领扬中市机械制造业创新发展战略实施具体方案。
This paper analyzes the main internal strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and external threats of Yangzhong Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.by using SWOT analysis method and advanced manufacturing theory as the main theories to be followed.According to the characteristics of CIMS system,CIMS is established to lead the implementation plan of innovation and development of machinery manufacturing industry in Yangzhong City.
