摘要
由于镇江传统产业层次偏低,经济增长过度依赖资源和资金投入,发展战略性新兴产业已经成为其"产业升级、经济结构调整"的重要抓手。采用SWOT分析法对镇江市战略性新兴产业发展的优势、劣势及面临的机遇和威胁等因素进行分析,找出新兴产业发展中存在的问题,并根据分析从创新投入、产业集群培育、发展环境改善等方面提出一些对策建议,为镇江战略性新兴产业的发展提供一些参考和借鉴。
Due to the fact that the level of the traditional industries of Zhenjiang is relatively low, and the economic growth depends too much on resources and investment, to develop strategic emerging industries has already become a key issue of its ＂industrial upgrading and economic structure adjustment＂ project. Using SWOT analysis, this paper attempts to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities as well as the threats Zhenjiang would face during its development of the stra- tegic emerging industries. By finding the problems during the development of the emerging industries, this paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions on innovative input, industrial clusters development, and environmental improvement, which will provide reference for the development of the strategic new industry of Zhenjiang.
