摘要
高校英语教师的继续教育对培养高校外语类优质师资力量及推动外语学科建设具有重要的意义。高校英语教师应牢固树立终生学习理念,依据灵活开放的外语学科专业特点,以"国际化、制度化、体系化和创新化"为发展基点,以"专业化、信息化和合作化"为发展路径,推动自身综合性素养的多元化和可持续发展。
It is of great importance for cultivating the high-quality faculty and promoting the discipline of foreign languages in colleges and universities by continuing education. The foreign language teachers in colleges and universities should build up the perception of life-learning with the base of internationalization, institutionalization and systematism, and the route of specialization, informalization and cooperation to propel the diversification and continuing development.
