摘要
精准扶贫是当前我国农村经济研究的热点问题,精准扶贫工作直接关系到2020年全面建成小康社会的目标能否实现。本文在文献分析的基础上,运用史密斯的政策执行模式,以云南省西双版纳傣族自治州勐腊县金厂河村为个案对精准扶贫所面临的问题作了分析,并探索出相应的对策措施,突出边境民族地区精准扶贫工作的特殊性,从而为民族边疆地区的精准扶贫提供经验借鉴。
Precise alleviating poverty is a central issue in current research of our rural economy, it＇s directly related to the 2020 goal of building a moderately prosperous society. This article based on the literature analysis, then apply the mode of Smith＇s policy, with the case of Jinchanghe village, Mengla County, Xishuangbanna Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, to analyze the dilemma of precise alleviating poverty, and corresponding countermeasures is put forward, it highlight the particularity of precise alleviating poverty in ethnic frontier, thus providing a reference for the precise alleviating poverty in the area of ethnic frontier.
