摘要
炼化企业电网属于规模较小的综合性电力系统,由于其生产特点,对安全可靠性要求极高。某炼化企业地处雷电活动特殊强烈地区,同时其供电系统薄弱,需进一步优化其供电系统的网架结构。针对上述问题,设计了两种优化方案并建模仿真,通过潮流计算、短路计算、电机起动及投资估算四方面,对比分析两种方案的优缺点,推荐更为安全、可靠、合理的优化方案。
The power grid of refining enterprises is a small integrated power system, which requires high safety and reliability due to their production characteristics. A refining enterprise is located in a special lightning activity area. Meanwhile, the grid structure of the power supply system needs to be further optimized due to the weak power supply system. Focused on those issues, two optimization schemes were designed and simulated from four aspects including load flow calculation, short-circuit calculation, motor starting analysis and investment estimation. The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes were compared and analyzed to recommend a safer, more reliable and reasonable optimization scheme.
