摘要
目的回顾性分析2010-2015年某部队疗养院护理论文发表情况,并对护理论文质量水平的影响因素进行分析,探讨护理人员论文发表规律、影响因素、存在的问题及对策。方法收集2010-2015年某部队疗养院护理论文的发表情况,以该疗养院护理人员为研究对象,用Excel 2003建立数据库录入数据,使用SPSS 21.0软件对以上数据进行统计分析。结果近6年来,该院护理论文发表共181篇,核心期刊论文发表数为73篇,一般期刊论文发表数为108篇。不同年份,护理论文的发表数量差异有统计学意义(χ~2=33.953,P<0.05),2010-2013年护理论文总数逐年增多,2013年发表论文数量最多,共有60篇(占33.1%)。在同一年不同期刊种类护理论文数量比较,结果显示2011年、2012年、2014年、2015年差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2011年、2012年一般期刊发表数量明显高于核心期刊发表数量,一般期刊发表数量分别占84.6%、76.5%。2014年、2015年护理论文核心期刊发表数量明显高于一般期刊发表数量,核心期刊发表数量分别占69.6%、73.1%。对历年护理论文质量影响因素进行Logistic回归分析,结果显示,职称、学历、人员性质3个因素对护理论文质量的影响差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.086,χ~2=6.238,χ~2=9.540,P<0.05),而且均为护理论文质量的促进因素。结论该院护理论文质量逐步提高,但核心期刊论文数不足。职称、学历对护理论文质量的提高有促进作用。文职护理人员论文发表潜力有待提高。急需建立激励机制,强化护理科研意识,重视护理科研能力培养,从而全面提高护理人员整体科研水平。
Objective To explore the pattern,influential factors,problems encountered and countermeasures concerning published papers by nursing personnel,so as to provide evidence for the improvement of nursing care quality.Methods Retrospective analysis of the nursing papers published by the nursing personnel of a certain naval sanatorium from 2010 to 2015 was made,and then influential factors on the quality of nursing paper were analyzed statistically.The collected papers were used to establish the database by Excel 2003 and statistical analysis of the retrieved data was made by SPSS 21.0 software.Results In the past 6 years,the nursing personnel contributed a total of 181 nursing papers,of which 73 papers were published in core journals,and 108 papers were published in ordinary journals.There was statistical significance in the number of the published nursing papers,when comparisons were made between the years(χ~2=33.953,P<0.05).From 2010 to 2013,the total number of published nursing papers increased year by year,and the number of papers published in 2013 reached peak,with a total of 60,accounting for 33.1%.There was statistical significance in the number of published nursing papers in different journals in the same year,when comparisons were made between the years of 2011,2012,2014 and 2015(P<0.05).The number of nursing papers published in ordinary journals in 2011 and 2012 was significantly more than that published in core journals,accounted for 84.6% and 76.5% respectively.The number of papers published in core journals in 2014 and 2015 was significantly more than that published in ordinary journals,accounted for 69.6% and 73.1% respectively.Logistic regression analysis on the influential factors of nursing paper quality over the past 6 years showed that professional titles,educational background and personnel quality had significant influence on the quality of nursing papers(χ~2=6.086,χ~2=6.238,χ~2=9.540,P<0.05),and they were all positive factors for the quality of nursing papers.Conclusion There is gradual impro
