“双一流”建设中推进学生学习成果评估改革的思考 被引量:8

摘要 学生学习成果评估在当今世界高等教育界作为质量保障方式得到广泛应用。我国已经在本科教学质量监测、工程专业认证等工作中使用学生学习成果评估,但由于理论、实践研究的薄弱,学生学习成果评估处于低水平状态。我国的"双一流"建设举措对高校人才培养质量提出了高要求,鉴于学生学习成果评估对人才培养的积极意义,有必要在"双一流"建设中推进学生学习成果评估改革。基于对西方高等教育领域学生学习成果评估改革的考察,文章认为建立学生学习成果评估文化、确立学生学习成果体系、开发学生学习成果评估工具、视学生学习成果评估为完整过程等改革经验值得我国高校借鉴。 Student learning outcomes assessment is used as a quality assurance method in higher education around the world. Student learning outcomes assessment is also required in undergraduate teaching quality monitoring and in programmatic accreditation of engineering education in China.However, due to the weak theoretical and practical research, student learning outcomes assessment is being developed at a low level. China's double first-class universities construction initiative imposes a high requirement for the quality of talent cultivation. In view of the positive significance of student learning outcomes assessment to education, it is necessary to promote the reform of student learning outcomes assessment. Based on the investigation on the student learning outcomes assessment reforms in western higher education, this paper sums up some reform experiences, which are worth learning by universities in China, including building assessment culture, setting a student learning outcomes system, developing student learning outcomes assessment tools, and considering student learning outcomes assessment as a whole process.
