摘要
为了理解英国高等教育认证制度的今天和明天的变革,本研究聚焦于该制度的形成。英国高等教育认证制度模式是"立法创制、行政独立"。在一种教育生产函数理论的指导下,我们还发现,英国高等教育认证制度形成的主要因素是它的文化传统、政治和国际环境等因素。
This research focuses on the evolution of the British system of higher education accreditation for the purpose of understanding the system's current status and the trend of its change. The British system is formed through the law- making process and implemented by independent public bodies. With the guidance of an educational production function approach, the author finds that the factors that have played the major roles in the formation of the British System are its cultural tradition, politics, and international environment.
