钢纤维在混凝土冲击断面的分布与统计分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用自制落锤冲击试验装置,对5组钢纤维体积掺量分别为0、0.5%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%的钢纤维混凝土圆饼状试件进行了冲击试验。通过统计冲击断面上纤维根数,对纤维分散系数进行了计算和拟合;基于威布尔分布,对冲击试验结果进行了统计分析,建立了不同失效概率下冲击次数与纤维掺量间的关系。结果表明:掺入钢纤维可以显著提高混凝土抗冲击性能;纤维分散系数随掺量的增大呈上升趋势,双参数的威布尔分布可以较好地对冲击性能进行统计分析。 Using self-made drop hammer impact test device,the impact tests were carried out on steel fiber reinforced concrete round cake specimens with volume fraction of 5 groups,namely 0,0. 5%,0. 8%,1. 0% and 1. 2%,respectively. The number of fibers in the impact section was statistically analyzed,then dispersion coefficient was calculated and fitted. Besides,failure probability prediction was carried out in accordance with the impact test results based on the Weibull distribution statistical analysis. The results show that the fiber content has a significant improvement in impact properties. In addition,the fiber dispersion coefficient increased with the increase of the dosage. And the two-parameter Weibull distribution could appropriately evaluate its impact performance.
