摘要
随着柴油机生产从传统的单品种、大批量生产方式向多品种、中小批量及多品种共线生产方式过渡,对缸盖拧紧机性能提出了更高的要求。提出一种全自动缸盖拧紧机设计方案,该系统使用整体式框架结构,通过伺服电机与滚动丝杠驱动拧紧单元实现缸型切换,满足了不同缸型混线生产的使用要求。
With the diesel engine production transited from the traditional single-species,mass production to many varieties,small batch and many varieties collinear production,higher requirements have been put forward to performance of the cylinder head tighten machine. A fully automated cylinder head tightening machine design scheme was presented. The system used the whole frame structure,changeover was achieved by servo motor and rolling screw driving the tighten unit to meet the requirements of different mixed-type cylinder production line.
