摘要
螺套作为一种新型的螺纹紧固连接元件越来越多地应用于汽车工业铝合金发动机以及变速器中,由于其在同一产品上使用的数目众多,其装配效率受到了制约。根据钢丝螺套的结构特点设计了钢丝螺套气动安装工具来代替传统的手动安装工具,使钢丝螺套的装配效率有了明显的提高,达到了预期的效果。
As a new type screw-fastening jointing component, wire thread inserts are more and more widely applied to engines and transmissions in automotive industry, because of large number of wire thread inserts applied to the same production, the assembly efficiency is constrained. According to structure of wire thread inserts the author designed a type pneumatic erecting tool instead of the traditional manual erecting tool, which makes assembly efficiency improve distinctly. This achieves expected effect.
