摘要
以EHA(丙烯酸异辛酯)和BA(丙烯酸丁酯)为软单体、VAc(乙酸乙烯酯)为硬单体、AA(丙烯酸)为交联单体、AIBN(偶氮二异丁腈)为引发剂和EA(乙酸乙酯)为溶剂,制备了反光膜用溶剂型聚丙烯酸酯PSA(压敏胶)。考察了交联剂、不同软化点松香的掺量对PSA性能的影响,并对PSA的动态力学性能进行了分析。研究结果表明:当w(交联剂)=3.0%(相对于PSA质量而言)、松香软化点为110℃时,PSA具有相对较好的综合性能和实用性,并且完全满足反光膜的使用要求。
With EHA (isooctyl acrylate) and B A (butyl acrylate) as soft monomers, VAc (vinyl acetate) as hard monomer, AA ( acrylic acid) as crosslinking monomer, AIBN (azodiisobutyronitrile) as initiator, and EA ( ethyl acetate) as sQlvent, a solvent based polyacrylate PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive for reflective film was prepared. The influences of contents of crosslinker and rosin with different softening points on properties of PSA were investigated, and the dynamic mechanical properties of PSA were analyzed. The research results showed that the PSA has the relatively better combination property and practicability, and it can completely meet the application requirement of reflective film when mass fraction of crosslinker was 3.0% in PSA, and softening point of rosin was 110℃.
