摘要
新形势下"一带一路"倡议和中原经济区发展规划为河南省外语教育发展提供了难得的发展机遇。为此,我们应该做好外语教育发展规划,主要在增设小语种、实施"外语+"培养模式、开展区域国别研究等方面加强建设,以更好地适应国家战略发展对外语高层次人才的需求。
Under the new situation,both ' the Belt and Road' initiative and the development planning of Central Plains Economic Zone provide precious opportunities for the development of foreign language education in Henan province. Therefore,we should do a good job in the development planning of foreign language education. In order to better adapt to the demand of national strategic development for high-level talents in foreign languages,we should mainly strengthen such aspects as increasing minor languages,implementing the training mode of ' foreign languages + ',and starting regional and national research,etc.
