摘要
目的:探讨"成功研究生"所应具备的非认知特征,并以情景判断测验法来实施测评,为研究生选拔评估提供标准化的工具。方法:根据结构导向的思路,综合采用专家判断法和学生访谈法,编制研究生胜任力情景判断测验,先对234名心理学专业和112名化学专业研究生进行试测取样,对其进行因素分析、区分度和信度分析,然后再在4所师范类大学和28所心理学研究生培养机构进行正式取样,对取样数据进行构想效度和效标关联效度分析。结果:心理学和化学专业的研究生胜任力具有相似的因素结构,但在具体因素的重要性排名上有所差异;正式量表具有较好的构想效度,量表中的七项胜任力与个人潜能指数存在较强的关联性,效标关联效度较好。
Objective: To explore the non-cognitive characteristics of "successful postgraduates" and implement the evaluation by situational judgment test provide standardized tools for graduate selection and assessment. Method: According to construct-oriented model, we adopted the methods of expert judgment and student interview to compile situational judgment test for postgraduate competency. Pretesting data from 234 graduate students in psychology and 112 graduate students in chemistry were analysed with EFA,discrimination and reliability. Formal sample data from 4 normal universities and 28 psychological institutions were analysed with construct validity and criterion-related validity. Results: The competence of graduate students in psychology and chemistry had a similar factor structure, but there was difference in the rank of importance of specific factors. The formal scale had good construct validity. There was strong correlation between the seven competencies and the personal potential index,and the criterion validity was better.
